By placing an order at GeniusOrganic.com you enter a purchase contract and agree to the terms & conditions.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Your package will need to be signed at delivery and identification will need to be provided at collection. If you are not available to sign, your package will be left to collect from your local post office. A package collection notice will be left in your mail box and you will need to provide identification and a digital signature to receive your package.

Domestic shipping time within Australia is around 4-7 days. Shipping time may take up to four weeks if the item(s) is out of stock. We will contact you if that happened.

Shipping time outside of Australia range from 7 to 35 days depending on the type of shipping methods that are available for your country.

In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at support@GeniusOrganic.com quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.

Order Cancellation

In case of need to cancel your order, you are able to do that within 12 hours after payment completion. You must send an email to support@GeniusOrganic.com quoting your order number, your name and shipping address. Otherwise your order will be fulfilled & charged respectively.

Return Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know and we will provide you with return instructions. Please return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your money. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer’s account without subsequent reimbursement. GeniusOrganic.com cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s). When we receive your shipment, we will issue a full refund less shipping costs. Returned orders need to be received within 45 days of the original purchase or a restocking fee may apply.

Customers should be aware that on rare occasions Postal Service has been known to deliver orders late. Due to this reason, our policy is to review refund only after 15 days from shipment date. If you have not received your order within 15 days, please send an email to support@GeniusOrganic.com quoting the order number, your name, and shipping address.

Non-Disclosure

GeniusOrganic.com web site will not and never share, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, licence, or pass onto third parties personally identifiable information collected at our website or which you have provided to us unless we have your consent to do so.
